Our Nectar collection is the collection of Our Coffees pollinated by Bees during the Flowery season and during the cherries growing time. It is one of our exclusive limited release micro-lot collection that features coffees of an SCA cup score of 87 points or above.
These coffees are selected with absolute precision and love to deliver rare and unique cup characteristics that will surely impress. Processing methods used on these lots include: Natural processed, Honey processed, our innovative new world Eco-Washed process with our revolutionary controlled fermentation methods.
