OUR BOURBON COFFEES
Our Bourbon collection is a showcase of our natural or honey processed Red & Yellow Bourbon. The goal behind this collection was to cultivate and process a coffee that not only preserved the prestige of this varietal, but excite roasters with its flavor dynamic and full body component to excel as a single origin espresso or filter coffee. The SCA cup score of this collection is 84 - 88 points.
Included flavor notes: Super sweet, bananas, molasses, sugar cane, dark chocolate, milk chocolate, nuts, orange, lemon, apricot
